Job Posting - Editorial Assistant (NYC)

Since I know some of you might be interested/qualified and might not be on Twitter...

SFF publisher Tor Books (a division of Macmillan) is looking to hire an editorial assistant in their New York office.

No specific experience required, just good writing skills, the ability to work under pressure, and an understanding of genre and non-SFF lit.

If I was near there, I'd totally go for this, but instead, I pass it on to you.

By the way: still sick, though it's worse in the mornings.

Does anyone know how long the flu is actually supposed to last? This has been the better part of eight days, and I keep improving and then getting lousy again. I didn't think my immune system was that shitty, but apparently it is.

I would like to feel better consistently, so I can actually do some fandom stuff along with the scant few items a day that I manage around the house. [insert more whining here]

At the very least, I'd like to feel like I'm improving.
