Woke up with arm and shoulder joint pain. Immediately thought heart attack, though this was joint pain too and on the side I was sleeping on...and I sleep crunched up, unhealthily.
Hurt to move it, though, which apparently would NOT signal a heart attack, but now I am in the midst of full on panic attack...these symptoms I recognize. The last one this bad was two years ago.
Took aspirin anyway as a precaution.
