Notes: As a fangeek of both Doctor Who and the US of the 1960s and 1970s, my first response to The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon was to compile a mix. Yes, seriously. Each song was picked for a reason and is in some way related to events of the episodes...not just because they fit the 1966-1969 time frame.
While I didn't think anyone would notice, my OCD compels me to note that some of these tracks were not yet released to the public by 20 July 1969. Chalk it up to timey-wimey stuff and Doctor Who's omnipresent sense of anachronism that they're included, cause they were too good to miss. My OCD also requires me to tell you that the ZIP file back cover image is incorrect, so if you reaaaaally want it, take it from here.
