I agree about not understanding why she'd tweet that, unless she's really unaware of how little power the authors have over where their books are published. Even seriously high-flying types like Stephen King can't decide that... That and it's just sorta rude to say I PIRATED YOUR STUFFS, of course.

Is there not a major online retailer in Australia, then?
