meme: ask me anything
We all know each other on LJ/DW. Some better than others. Sometimes, posts don't say everything about us. Sometimes we wonder if it would be rude to ask a personal question, so we don't. Is there anything about me you want to ask? This is your chance to ask me anything about me/my life. You can be as personal as you like, but I reserve the right to not answer a question; if that is the case, you can ask another question.
Go on, my son. (stolen shamelessly from

Also, ZOMG WHOLE FOODS COMING TO GLASGOW and no one told me. It's on my side of town, too. I recognise the problematic nature of Whole Foods, but this does mean a possible source of US American products on the South Side, and at potentially reasonable import costs due to it being a large US-based company, which is pretty important to me.
And new icon!

1) What food would you consider a treat?
2) What's the tv show/film that you wouldn't normally admit to liking?
3) would you rather the world ended in fire or ice?
if you don't feel comfortable answering any of these, no worries! (: if you'd like to ask a few in return, I have one of these buried here.

1. Depends on the level of 'treat' you're implying. The little kid in me still screams PIZZA HUT PEPPERONI PIZZA or KFC ZOMG (we rarely got fried chicken as kids). The adult foodie says the duck pappardelle you can get at the top flight Italian place in my hometown.
2. I have maybe ten million of these, but I will say...The Ten Commandments with Charleton Heston. I think it's because it was always on TV at Easter when I was a kid so there's weird nostalgia there. MOOOOOOOSES. I must say I am still amused that the director's voice is the voice of God, though.
On a more serious note, I feel really damn guilty about my favourite film on a film geek level being Silence of the Lambs, because it is transphobic as all hell. It's also ridiculously well-made on every single cinematic level, and I love Clarice Starling. So it's...torn.
3. Freezing to death is a far less painful way to die than burning, so I'd say ice.
