One of the few things I retained from my year of Italian at Smith: Io sono stressata.
That pretty much sums it up.
Now, okay, if your caterer for a Big Event said that there was going to be a meeting about layouts of the venue, and that that needed to be 45 days before the event, is it unreasonable to expect them to have be called you with times they're free, around that time?
Or for them to wait until you called them, 40 days prior, and then say they need at least ten days notice before this meeting, therefore making the meeting 30 days or less before the event?
And then you can't get in touch with your venue coordinator. And the catering person keeps going to voicemail.
I had other things I wanted to do today. FLAMES ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE.
ETA: Meeting now arranged, though I'm now all wired and migrainey and frustrated.
