Knitting! Knitting small things is always so satisfying when I'm struggling to achieve other things. Though apparently my stress levels show in my knitting tension... I'm learning to knit socks at the moment for much the same reason.

I haven't done muscle relaxation persay but I did use a meditation tape - which was essentially just breathing exercises and visualising myself in a pretty garden - which resulted in all the muscles in my back, that cease up due to stress, loosening off. It certainly helped break the cycle of stress, pain, more stress and made my work stress more manageable. So if your anxiety does cause your muscles to cease up and give you pain, I reckon muscle relaxation would be worth a go.

Unrelatedly, I'd be up for Conecon, even if it is just sitting in a pub talking rubbish.
